The Cree headlamp is an excellent light with several different light settings. The headlamp has a adjustable light beam! The light has two different color lights, white and red! The red light is great for night vision! The light has six different light settings from a very bright to a lighter dimmer brightness. The headband is very comfortable and lightweight and has a nice adjustable strap that will fit kids and adults! When I use this I can barely tell I have the headband around my head; which I love. I use this all the time when I go night fishing as well as when my son and I go night crawler hunting; the red light is great for that! I am very pleased with the overall quality of this headlamp and highly recommended it!
