So to use this you simply take a garlic clove and place it inside the unit and simply close the press and squeeze a little and you will get the fresh garlic needed; quicker than you know it; you don’t even need to remove the peel! I really enjoy having this garlic press in my kitchen and use it daily; it is really nice that it is bigger in size so you are able to put more than one clove in at a time which is very nice!
